As the MERYT distribution network expands, each partner listing is designed to clearly show the relationship the company has with MERYT, the markets or territories it supports, the products or inventory available through that partner, and the best way for a customer to purchase.
Exclusive Territory Partner
A black Exclusive Distributor badge will identify a partner with an active written exclusive appointment. Opening the partner listing will show the approved country or territory, applicable product scope and other available program information.
Authorized or Stocking Partner
This designation identifies a company with a confirmed MERYT stocking or authorized distribution relationship. The open listing can display authorized product scope, stocked inventory, supported regions and applicable listing rights.
Distribution / Supply Relationship
A Supply Partner listing identifies a company that can assist with MERYT product sourcing. Unless another status is specifically displayed, it should not be interpreted as an exclusive-territory appointment.
The badge identifies whether the listing is Exclusive, Authorized / Stock, or another MERYT supply relationship.
Exclusive partners will display the country, territory or market covered by the applicable appointment.
Where available, listings can show supported products, stocking information, delivery coverage and purchasing contacts.

Important Authorization Rule
Buying MERYT products does not automatically grant permission to act as an authorized distributor, claim market exclusivity, create manufacturer-authorized part-number listings or list MERYT proprietary part numbers on specialized aerospace databases. Those rights require written MERYT authorization.

Can one company hold more than one territory?
Yes. A qualified company may pursue one or multiple territories. Each territory remains subject to qualification, availability, inventory capacity and written agreement.
Is there a separate distribution fee?
No separate distribution fee is currently planned. The proposed structure centers on an approved inventory package and the commercial commitments established for the territory.
Can a reseller sell MERYT products?
A reseller may purchase and resell genuine MERYT products subject to applicable sales terms and may accurately advertise inventory without implying authorization or exclusivity that has not been granted.
Who can list MERYT part numbers on aviation databases?
Specialized manufacturer part-number and aviation-database listing rights require written MERYT authorization. Authorized Stock Distributors may receive those rights when specifically included in their authorization. Exclusive Distributors may receive approved rights within their territory and product scope.
Does carrying inventory automatically make a company authorized?
No. Inventory ownership by itself does not create an Authorized MERYT Distributor or Stock Distributor appointment. That relationship and any associated representation or listing rights must be confirmed in writing.
What if I need MERYT products now?
